Happy birthday Little Shane!!

Delivered on 23rd of Feb which is one day after the EDD! My little Shane is too comfortable in my stomach and I didn't feel any contractions or symptoms so our gynae suggested to induce on the 22nd of Feb!

40 weeks of pregnancy and I can finally see you today! The whole labour takes about 12 hours and I'm seriously so nervous!

Took the epidural cos I knew I cannot withstand the crazy contractions I heard about it and it's the best choice I have ever made.

Everything was just worth it, so so so worth it! Only for you little one!!

Daddy was with me throughout the 12 hours and he didn't get any sleep at all despite being so tired. I was shivering very badly throughout the labour process due to the epidural.

Seeing daddy smiling at little Shane makes me feel that everything is so worth it, the feeling is so indescribable!

Look at the amount of hair you got! Haha! So so so thankful that you are of a healthy weight despite me having gestational diabetics!

So glad that the GD is gone now! Yeah!! Finally 👍🏻

Another one taken by the mid wives! They are really helpful and supportive!

The pushing part took up lots of my strength, trying my very best to keep pushing with all my might. It's tough and I'm so glad I manage to do it! Push for about 30-40 mins I think!

Daddy and mummy love you so much so much!! Thank you so much for entering into our lives! Your birthday is just 4 days apart from daddy's, this is the best birthday present for daddy that is priceless! 💕

Our little family has started to form! 👪

Gonna have as much rest as possible so that I have more energy for breastfeeding. It's gonna be tough! 😥

Finally a movie date with my hubby and we are catching the movie at Waterway Point!

The feeling of walking over to a shopping mall to catch movie is so shiok! No need to wait for parking lot 😀😜

Slept for 10 hours again cos I was just too tired yesterday.

My baby bump at #week38. Realised my tummy is getting lower? How I wish I know when I will pop! 😻

And yes! Baby head is down already since a month ago I think? 👶🏻

Took an afternoon nap before heading over to the relative's place for dinner! I love home cook food always 😋

Decked in Kally Shift Dress in midnight florals today! Thankfully I have kept a couple of flare dress for myself to fit my baby bump during this CNY!

Happy 初一 everyone!

First time going for visiting with a big baby bump 🤓

Baby boy is officially full term today, #week38, meaning I can pop anytime from now. So anxious!

I have been perspiring like mad even when it's raining 😥

It's kinda tiring to go for CNY visiting with a big baby bump. I can't wait to go home and rest 😁

So, this is my 初一 outfit wearing our manufactured Spring Floral Reversible Dress! I'm wearing size L here so that it can fit my baby bump with allowance.

Have been saving this dress for today and I'm so excited to wear this out! Gonna flip it over and wear it again very soon! 😬

大年除夕

It's 年除夕 finally! Still can't believe that tomorrow is 初一 already! Where did all the time goes?

Anyway, we managed to do a mini spring cleaning @ our office before we go for a short CNY break!

So today is the official day that I'm able to rest at home before reunion dinner tonight. I slept for about 10 hours last night, in between I think I woke up 4 times for toilet 😖

Also managed to cut my hair shorter like 3-4 inches shorter so that I can still tie my hair during confinement and i can feel that my hair is so much lighter now. This is my first new year with my hair not dyed at all, hate the two patches of Colours currently. Well ~~

Oh, I also finally went to purchase the herbal bath for my confinement period yesterday. Bought a packet which consists 10 sachets for 10 days. I hope I can survive with only 10 baths or probably lesser than 10 times for the whole month.

Also purchased 4 weeks worth of tonic for confinement and its costs about $500 plus in total. Didn't know it's so expensive but yup, it's a must to buy to Ensure that my body recover well after birth.

Finally started to wash our little one's clothes and thanks to hubby for washing! The rompers are just so cute! Can't wait to see him wear the clothes 👶🏻💕👶🏻

Having our yearly reunion dinner currently with the in-laws and I'm so full now! This is our second time having reunion dinner at Roland Restaurant. It's so crowded and we managed to get a slot only at 8.15pm. 😥

This is our first time having reunion dinner with my little one in my tummy. I hope he is as excited as us! First CNY celebrating with my baby 👶🏻

And I already can't wait for next year CNY whereby he is almost 1 year old! ☺️

Horray! Our CNY break is just 2 more days! I am so happy, finally I can take a short break before I pop!! 😛

Went for weekly checkup on Tuesday and baby is already 3.1kg at #week37! So fast! I'm wondering will he hit 3.5kg when he comes out to see the world.

I have been so busy since the start of January and haven really got down to prepare a lot of stuff like washing baby clothes and bedsheet, pack hospital bag etc! Gonna make use of this weekend to complete everything.

I need a haircut badly but couldn't find time to do. Arghhh I hope I can go for a haircut soon!

Anyway, yesterday 5pm was the cut off date if you would like to receive your parcels before CNY! For all orders placed after 5pm, it will be sent out from 15th Feb onwards when the courier service resumes. So, please opt for self collection at our office showroom if you would like to wear it during CNY k!

Our office is conveniently located at link @ Amk, 5-10mins walking distance from YCK mrt.
